Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund & Return
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns unless the product received has a defect.

2. Defect Products
If you receive a defect shoe, please contact us via WhatsApp at +673 8607742 within 24 hours of receiving your order. You are eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion. Kindly include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the defect

Our team will review and assist you accordingly.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for defect shoe and are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size/design is not available, we can offer you a refund instead.

4. Important Notes

• Shoe must be unused, unworn and in original condition.
• We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions above.
• Slight color differences due to lighting/screen settings are not considered defects.
